Six Claw Solitaire
Our clients approached us to commission a six claw solitaire design, with a small point of difference. This is one of the most significant purchases they would embark on, both in terms of emotional and financial commitment.
Their brief was well considered. They wanted quality, longevity of design and value for money. A solitaire diamond engagement ring that would delight. We set about creating an enduring piece of fine jewellery that spoke for itself. This design delivers both glamour, and shouts fine craftsmanship.
Our clients were inspired by our Regent Setting but wanted to personalise this by using six heart shaped claws. These claws elegantly curve up from a tulip style setting to accommodate the depth of this delightful diamond.
The band has been crafted into a timeless classic style using knife edge profile design, which provides strength while giving a simple uncluttered stream lined aesthetic to set this solitaire engagement ring, while still providing the best security for this precious diamond.

Craft A Six Claw Solitaire With Guthrie’s
Less is more when deciding on how best to showcase this significant diamond. A perfectly cut 1.50 carat modern round brilliant diamond was chosen. Cut with 58 facets which produce the wonderful scintillation in this diamond cut, has been securely set in 18k yellow gold.
