At Guthrie’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns on any item of jewellery that is not personalised or customised, excluding changes to finger size.
To initiate a return, please follow these conditions:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition and include all packaging and certificates.
- Customised or personalised items (excluding finger size adjustments) are not eligible for returns.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that you may be responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
