Radiant Cut Solitaire
Our client’s partner loved sharp clean lines so he came in to discuss a radiant cut solitaire design. The uniqueness of the radiant cut makes it impressive as seen in this design, similar to our Imogen Setting.
The design features a soft knife edge band and a four claw setting. The claws have a square profile giving the ring a sharp, minimalist look. Each claw comes to meet the base of the setting where we added a ring of yellow gold so the band is in one piece.
The radiant cut is considered a modified brilliant cut. This shape merges linear elegance of an emerald cut with the sparkle of a brilliant cut. Most often this shape is in an elongated stone, however it can be found in a square proportion. This radiant cut solitaire is the epitome of timeless classic shape, while still being one of a kind.
